After a whole lot of research, we found a certified fair trade shade-grown coffee source that compliments the Smithsonian Zoo product. Both are worthy suppliers, with excellent track records.

To trace a coffee bag’s documentation trail go to Fair Trade Proof and enter the Lot Number on the bottom of the bag. Since we don’t want people to just take our word for it, we hired a third-party QCS agent to verify the legitimacy of our documents.
